- **Seller Responsibilities:** Sellers are responsible for shipping products, collecting payments (advance or COD), and handling returns or exchanges. Dukandari.pk does not facilitate payment collection or manage product quality issues.

- **Payment to Affiliates:** While listing products is free, sellers may incur costs related to affiliate advertising or promotions if they choose to use these services.

#### 2. **Support Services**

- **Seller Support:** Dukandari.pk provides free technical support, training, and product listing assistance. Sellers are responsible for the costs associated with any additional advertising or promotional activities, including the main page banner fee of Rs. 1000. Sellers must provide their own banner image.

- **Buyer Support:** Dukandari.pk offers general assistance for customers, including help with platform navigation. Issues related to orders, returns, and exchanges should be addressed directly with the seller. Dukandari.pk does not handle order fulfillment or product quality concerns.

#### 3. **Advertising and Promotion**

- **Banner Fees:** To feature a banner on the main page, a fee of Rs. 1000 applies. The seller is responsible for supplying the appropriate banner image.

- **Affiliate Costs:** Sellers may need to cover costs for any affiliate-driven advertising or promotional services they choose to use.

#### 4. **Content and Conduct**

- **Prohibited Content:** Sellers must ensure that all product listings comply with Dukandari.pk’s content policies. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to, illegal, offensive, or misleading information.

- **Conduct:** All users must conduct themselves professionally and courteously. Any behavior that disrupts the platform’s operation or infringes on the rights of others may result in account suspension or termination.

#### 5. **Liability and Indemnity**

- **Platform Liability:** Dukandari.pk is not liable for any issues related to transactions between buyers and sellers, including product defects, payment disputes, or shipping delays.

- **Indemnity:** Sellers agree to indemnify and hold Dukandari.pk harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from their use of the platform or violations of these terms.

#### 6. **Changes to Terms**

- **Modifications:** Dukandari.pk reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

7. **Governing Law**

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan , and any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of Pakistan.
